We are Mike and Emily, a creative duo based in St. Louis, MO. As creatives at heart, weddings are one of the many outlets that keep us going and on top of our game.

I have had a love for filmmaking since my early years in high school, but that love quickly turned into my passion and ultimately my career where I currently work as a director of photography in the film industry.

So yeah, we keep ourselves pretty busy!

Some things we find inspiration from: Natural light, movement, real passionate love, deep level conversations, texture, music for the moment, all things retro, not sweating the small things, sunbeams grazing our skin, simplicity, the perfect calm breeze, ocean air, soft and muted tones, happy accidents, nostalgia, sunsets, beauty in the mundane, cozy blankets, nature.

It is because of our passions and inspirations that make Juniper what it is today. With every wedding, we strive to create films that are unique and meaningful, not only to the couple, but to us, all while staying true to the emotions and feelings felt on that day. We want to bring back the smell of the ocean air, to take you back to the times that may have slipped by, to make you feel the warmth of the sunbeams and the warmth of that one hug - we want all of the emotions and feelings to rush back through you, like it did on that very day.
